This project was a design and build consisting of two parts; renovation and conversion of the existing property and a new side addition property to the end of terrace.
We converted and renovated the existing property into two traditional upstairs/downstairs flats, the works comprised of a single-storey rear extension and loft conversion. The property was fully refurbished including the replacement of external windows and doors, new staircases, kitchens and bathrooms.
The existing property contained a single-storey extension which was demolished as part of the works to construct a new build three-bed home. The new build was completed with a 10-year warranty by Premier Guarantee.
The client’s main objective was to utilise the property’s existing footprint and maximise its potential, coupled with budgetary restrictions. Derry Build was able to successfully deliver this project on time and budget, managing the cycle of this project from design to certified completion and handover.
